As the coordinating partner of Be Well Big Sky, Fractal Co-Lab provides strategic leadership, facilitation, and infrastructure to support this growing grassroots movement. Our responsibilities include:

• Program Design & Facilitation

  • Co-developing and leading core programs like the Navigator Network, Holistic Emotional First Aid, storytelling events, and Community First Aid efforts.

  • Creating spaces for community healing, skill-building, and connection.

• Training & Capacity Building

  • Designing onboarding, mentorship, and leadership pathways for volunteer Navigators and facilitators.

  • Supporting long-term skill development across the network.

• Organizational Stewardship

  • Supporting the Leadership Council and codifying practices for shared governance and sustainability.

  • Guiding Be Well through its evolution as a community-rooted, stand-alone initiative.

• Systems Integration

  • Strengthening partnerships with local providers, businesses, and agencies.

  • Helping align grassroots care efforts with formal support systems.

• Communications & Engagement

  • Developing outreach and storytelling materials that reflect and uplift community voice.

  • Facilitating community events and network-wide gatherings.

• Evaluation & Learning

  • Designing and implementing community-informed evaluation tools.

  • Tracking impact, gathering feedback, and applying insights to improve programs.

• Funding Strategy & Administration

  • Leading grant writing, donor cultivation, and sponsorship strategy.

  • Collaborating with the fiscal sponsor to ensure sound financial management.
